Senior Brand Designer
(Digital and Print Systems)

If you are a designer who views a robust design system as the ultimate creative tool rather than a constraint, this role is built for you. We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to step into a highly structured, execution-focused role where design systems take the lead across both digital and print touchpoints. You will go deep into the visual ecosystem of Europe’s leading online fashion and lifestyle platform, protecting and evolving its identity from the inside out.

You will embed directly within our partner’s in-house identity crew on a long-term basis, reporting straight to their Executive Creative Director. Your focus will be operationalizing their visual language, navigating millions of customer touchpoints across Europe, steering their design cadence, and maintaining absolute structural integrity across web, app, print campaigns, and packaging.

What your day-to-day actually looks like

You will sit right at the intersection of systemic strategy and rigorous production execution. Partnering with our internal ABOUTKOKOMO team, the partner's in-house talent, and external agencies, you will:

• Guard and Guide: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for the design system, ensuring all assets stay aligned with global standards while consulting on multi-market rollouts.

• Collaborate across Complexity: Bring immense value to stakeholder rooms by navigating complex organizations and making the work better through collaborative, structured feedback.

• Focus on the Craft: This role moves past the superficial glamour of starting from scratch to focus on serious, high-fidelity design execution. There is a profound difference between just launching a concept and successfully scaling it globally, and mastering that distinction is the entire job.

Who you are

• An Execution Expert: You have a minimum of 8 years of design experience, with at least 3 of those spent managing design systems or leading systematic rollouts.

• Systems Thinker: Design systems are your native language. You have successfully shipped at scale within the fashion, e-commerce, or premium consumer space and know what it takes to maintain consistency across a massive digital and print launch calendar.

• Media Fluent: You move easily between digital UI components, motion layouts, and print production specs. While you do not need to be a master animator, you speak the technical language of each medium fluently. Figma and Adobe CC are second nature to you.

• Creatively Grounded: You have the rare ability to immerse yourself in one brand’s identity for years, finding energy and fulfillment in perfecting the details of a unified system.
