We are a small, independent and flexible studio/agency/team - by choice. We believe in collaborating, always strive for more diversity of thought so we are able to think of new angles.
With backgrounds in architecture, product design, fashion, marketing and performing arts our core team brings experience from right across the creative spectrum.

As an Account Manager at Aboutkokomo, you’ll help shape bold ideas into real-life projects—across events, content production, and digital campaigns. You think strategically, communicate clearly, and keep things moving with confidence and ease. Most importantly, you know how to build trust—with clients and with your team.
YOU:
Have a degree in business, marketing, media, or something similar
Bring 3+ years of experience in an agency
Love making things happen—structured, sharp and with soul
Are fluent in German and English
Have a thing for fashion, lifestyle, and design
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Be the glue between ideas and execution—planning, organizing and owning projects from start to finish
Build and manage budgets that make sense (and leave room for magic)
Translate client goals into action—crafting the right processes, timelines, and team setups
Keep everyone on track and in sync—inside the studio and with the client

We’re a Berlin-based creative studio designing and producing content, experiences, and spaces for brands that want to connect with people in unexpected, thoughtful ways. Whether it’s a pop-up, an installation, or a full-on brand world — we love turning ideas into something you can feel.
We’re looking for a Spatial Designer to join our team. Someone who loves a good mood board, thinks in 3D, and knows how to bring stories to life through space.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Come up with spatial concepts that are bold, on brand and that speak to humans
Design everything from rough moodboards over floor plans to detailed 3D visualizations
Work closely with our creative, production, and content teams to make sure everything connects
Suggest materials, experiment with finishes, and think sustainably
Bring fresh ideas, good vibes, and a collaborative spirit to every project
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A background in interior design, architecture, or spatial design (degree or proven experience)
3+ years experience designing temporary spaces — in agencies, studios, or freelance
Solid skills in tools like Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe CS
Strong visual storytelling and concept development
Someone who can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
Fluent in English (German’s a plus)
A portfolio that shows range, attitude, and attention to detail

We are seeking a creative and skilled Motion Designer to bring our client’s brand stories to life through captivating animations and motion graphics. In this mid-level role, you will work within our design team to create dynamic, on-brand visuals across multiple platforms, enhancing brand consistency and storytelling. From concept development to final animation, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually engaging experiences that align with our clients’ brand identities and resonate with their audiences. This role is ideal for someone passionate about motion design, storytelling, and brand coherence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Concept Development & Moodboarding: Generate creative ideas and concepts, build moodboards, and participate in brainstorming sessions to develop compelling visual styles for animations and motion graphics.
Storyboard & Animation: Create storyboards and produce animations with a focus on kinetic graphics, user interactions, and product-specific motion. Deliver visually appealing sequences that enhance user experience and product storytelling.
Brand Consistency & Storytelling: Develop and execute animations and motion graphics that maintain brand consistency across different touchpoints, ensuring that all visuals support cohesive storytelling aligned with the brand’s identity.
Event-Specific Content Creation: Work on projects that may require event-specific content, including LED screens, interactive installations, and promotional materials for activations. Knowledge in this area is beneficial, but not essential.
Video Editing: Intermediate video editing skills are helpful, as some projects may require video editing or post-production tasks.
Digital Product Experience: Previous experience working on digital products or in-app animations is a plus, helping bring an understanding of user experience to animations.
Research & Trends: Stay current with emerging motion design trends, animation techniques, and industry standards to bring innovative ideas and visual styles to our brand’s motion content.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in motion design, with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of kinetic graphics, brand storytelling, and animation for digital platforms. Prior experience in fashion and lifestyle segment are a plus
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in motion design software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, or equivalent).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
Strong understanding of storyboard development, concept design, and animation principles.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing design files, with a strong focus on quality and brand consistency.
Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external vendors, and to interpret feedback constructively.
Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
